Join me for a fitness and fun dog training class that starts this June.
The Fitness for Fun & Everyday Life Adventures class explores components of canine movement and posture to help your dog move with ease precision and, in the process, learn to be more confident.
Daily walks with your dogs are great but these walks don’t deliver any gains in physical strength, proprioception, balance, flexibility, or aerobic capacity. That’s where Fun Fitness comes into the picture.
Fun Fitness is demanding as it requires focus and attention from your dog, providing excellent mental stimulation. It requires team participation. The handler and dog will work collaboratively and learn how to progress at their own pace. Likewise, your dog will learn to listen to your subtle body cues and focus on the task at hand while surrounded by everyday distractions.
